Overall Job Purpose

To drive Merchant Acquiring Business, establish continuous relationship with the merchants to gain maximum value and lead the team.

Qualification

Graduate/ Preferably MBA (Marketing)

Principle Function & Responsibilities

  • Retail Customer acquisition & Customer retention.
  • Merchant management through building relationship with merchants
  • To run campaigns for increasing terminal usage/activation/sourcing of merchant applications.
  • Responsible for the provision of strategic sales planning to ensure achievement of sales goals in the medium to long term.
  • Proactive identification of new prospects and support the business development.
  • Merchant Management through building relationship with merchants.
  • Interface with various departments, Technical Service providers (TSPs) in order to provide prompt service to the corporate merchants.

Experience

2 years + in similar business

Eligibility

  • Knowledge of merchant acquiring with the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Business acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to that customer.
  • Good Communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and network with relevant groups (Suppliers, Third Parties).
  • Basic Knowledge of Banking.
  • Good computer knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point )
